Frontier Clinical Trials is a site management organisation with CRO level expertise. We deliver both hands-on site operations and expert clinical trial management, giving sponsors a single partner for success.
We know that by gathering research data from across the population, we're more likely to understand the cause of disease and the best ways to treat it.
That's why we're committed to expanding access to clinical trials while developing new research strategies and processes to meet the needs of different communities and under-studied diseases and conditions.

Each member of our operations team brings over 20 years’ experience across both sponsor and CRO roles, giving us unmatched insight into trial pain points and how to avoid them.
Alongside an experienced team of doctors and clinical researchers whose backgrounds reflect the populations we're here to serve.
Working with our in-house patient engagement team, we provide an empathetic and accessible environment for individuals taking part in our trials.
We also have an advisory board of industry experts, including medics, R&D consultants, pharmacists, technology consultants and market strategists.

Currently we recruit patients from all over the UK and for clinical trials, we invite those who are willing to travel to our sites in central London and Manchester.
We are expanding into new and exciting markets across South East Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America.
